For most items the MOQ is only 1 piece — we accept small trial orders so you can check the quality first. For custom-made items with your own logo, the MOQ is usually 50–100 pieces per style. Please ask us for the exact MOQ of the item you need.
Yes. You can mix styles, colors and sizes freely as long as each item meets its own MOQ. Mixed orders are very common for our small wholesale buyers.
In-stock items: 3–7 days after payment. Custom or bulk orders: usually 10–20 days depending on quantity and factory schedule. We will confirm the exact date before you pay.
Yes. We can put your logo on the product, the label, the hangtag and the polybag or box. Send us your artwork (AI / PDF / PNG) and we will tell you the MOQ and the extra cost.
For wholesale orders we usually accept bank transfer (T/T), Western Union and other methods — please ask your sales contact for the current options. Payment details are confirmed before every order.
Shipping cost depends on weight, volume and destination. We quote it per order. Common options: express (DHL / FedEx / UPS, 5–10 days), air freight (10–15 days) and sea freight (25–45 days). Tell us your city and we will give you the exact price.
Yes. We can send samples or a sample order first. Sample cost and shipping are paid by the buyer, and the sample cost can usually be deducted from your bulk order.
We check every order before shipping and send you photos or a video for confirmation. If something is wrong, contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods with photos, and we will replace it or refund that part.
We ship worldwide, including North America, Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe and the Middle East. If you are not sure about your country, just send us your address and we will confirm.
The fastest way: send us a message on WhatsApp with the item, quantity and your country. You can also fill in the inquiry form on any product page, or add several items to the Inquiry List and send the whole list at once. We reply within 12 hours (Mon–Sat).
